294 feature films to be screened at 41st International Roshd Film Festival

Some 294 feature films will be screened at the 41st International Roshd Film Festival, head of Iran ICDL foundation affiliated to Ministry of Education  Alireza Soltanifard announced on Sunday.

Talking to IRNA (Islamic Republic News Agency), Alireza Soltanifard said that 1,416 films from Iran and 40 other countries have been presented to the secretariat of the festival out of which 371 are foreign and the rest are produced by Iranian filmmakers.

He said the films were judged and 294 films were finally accepted for the competition section of the festival of which 60 are foreign.

The 41st International Roshd film Festival will be held in Tehran from October 30 to November 6.
