I love Jeff Wincott. No pun, the guy was one of the very few b-movie action superstars that could actually act, as well as fight.

Jeff started off with “Night Heat” television series, and in the early 90s he practically exploded the B-movie world with now cult action movies as Deadly Bet (1992), Martial Outlaw (1993), Last Man Standing (1996) and more.

Wincott frequently used two sticks in his screen fights, so I started calling him the “stickfighter”.

He is trained in Shotokan Karate, Kung Fu and has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Wincott also won some championships: The Ontario Open and The North American Open.

After 2000, Wincott has been doing more television work, short movies, and mainstream, appearing in Tony Scott’s “Unstoppable”, alongside Denzel Washington and Chris Pine.

Wincott’s fighting days are behind him, however he will remain among the best of the 90s action martial arts stars. Below is a photo gallery devoted to the “stickfighter”.
