We’ve been reporting about a Russian-Azerbaijani movie that is currently being shot in Baku (capital of Azerbaijan).
Now, first scenes were shot near the Caspian sea, and now the shooting has moved to the Icheri Sheher (old inner city in the center of Baku).
First film “Don’t Be Afraid, I am with you” was released back in 1981, and it was a musical with martial arts (yeah, imagine that kind of a film mix made in former Soviet Union!).
This sequel will supposedly follow the same formula. And, there are eye candies too: “Eurovision-2011” winner Eldar Gasymov, Azerbaijani ambassador to Russia (and actor) Polad Bulbuloglu, and Azerbaijani karate champion Raphael Aghayev.
Below are some photos made on set, in the Inner City of Baku.
